BeastMaster 2 - Through The Portal Of Time - 1991

20th Century Jackie Trent (Kari) accidentally crashes her car through a portal in time while she's speeding to get to her sister's wedding and trying to avoid the police chasing after her. When her car exits the portal she finds herself back in ancient times where she meets Dar the mighty Beastmaster; along with his animal friends Podo and Codo (the ferrets), Ruh (the tiger) and Sherak (the eagle).

The Beastmaster's arch-enemy Arklon discovers this magical time gateway to a truly alien land - modern day Los Angeles. Arlon plans to go forward in time and steal a nuclear detonator with which he plans to take control of the world. It's up to Dar and his animal friends to stop this evil warlord and help Jackie get back to her own Time.
