Beyond Desire - 1995

Ray has just been released from prison after serving 14 years for a murder he insists he didn't commit. Rita, an attractive prostitute, just happens to be outside the prison to offer him a lift. While she seems genuinely taken with him and vice versa, Ray has good reason not to trust her.

Before being sent to prison, Ray had stashed $1 million somewhere in Las Vegas, and the word has circulated in the criminal underground that it's out there somewhere. Plenty of people would like to find the hidden money or simply kill Ray after he retrieves it. And with a secret like that, trust is a little hard to come by.
