Sand aka SandStorm - 2000

In an attempt to escape from his troubled past, Jack has settled in a small California coastal town and begins to propser in love and work. However his past catches up with him in the form of his renegade father and delinquent half brothers, all of whom are on the run from the law and determined to destroy Jack's new life.
